Random Update

Random Update in the midst of Christmas!

Hailey is now 33" tall (80% for her age) and 22lbs (40% for her age). She has 8 teeth - FINALLY! She also this last week has been starting to say words - we are up to 9: Eye, Hi, Uh Oh, WOW, Whoa, Poop, No No, Ma Ma and Da da. She really likes to shake her finger at Bandit and say No No repeatedly. She also likes to drop things on purpose and say Whoa or Uh Oh. She is a ham!

Kaelin is growing up way to fast! She spent the night at Papa Tom and Grandma Barb's on Friday night and she couldn't get us to leave fast enought - she even asked us if we were leaving yet! I am so not ready for this! Isn't she supposed to miss me?!

Anyhow - that is our update on the girls. We have one more Christmas celebration tonight at Justin's grandparents on the Trezona side. Tomorrow afternoon we are heading to DC to visit friends until Friday. We are really looking forward to it! Justin has never been there, so it should be an adventure!

Christmas afternoon/evening was spent at Justin's grandparents on the Magee side. We do a name exchange for the kids and just hang out! The girls love to play with all their second cousins.

Hailey got a new baby from Great Grandma and Grandpa Magee along with some money. She also got a Princess Little People Carraige.

Kaelin 'patiently' waiting her turn! She received a book and some money from Great Grandma and Grandpa Magee. She also got her first set of Littlest Pet Shop. She was excited!

Christmas at Home

Christmas #4 - Christmas Morning at Home! The night before we set up all the girls new toys they had already received so they could play with them Christmas day. We also set out a snack for Santa! K's new vanity

Christmas #3 was at Justin's Mom's on Christmas Eve (evening.) The girls were great, especially since it was a day with NO naps!! Hailey ended up in just here onesie after making a mess of herself at dinner - she'd like to be undressed all the time if we let her!

So many Christmas Celebrations...

For our second Christmas present opening, we went to Justin's Dad's house on Christmas Eve afternoon. The girls, as always, had a blast there!

Here are some pictures:

They put GIANT packages of beefe jerky in the adults' stockings. I had to get a pic of Justin!

Early Christmas

On Sunday we started our Christmas gift exchanging with Aunti Amy and Uncle Brad. Dominic and Hailey were starting to like tearing the paper! Kaelin got Barbies and clothes (very excited about KEN), a shirt and a Caboodle with hair accessories.

Dominic got a car garage and a CARS blanket/pillow.

Hailey got a cookie jar shape sorter and a push musical toy.

Kaelin's Fun

This week has been a blast for Kaelin. She got a coloring book Uncle Ray made her - and the coolest twistable colored pencils. And on Sunday Aunti Amy, Jecca and I took her to Disney on Ice. We had so much fun! I didn't get many pictures - but I think Aunti did - so hopefully I will get them soon!

Christmas Crafts

This year we did several Christmas Crafts. Kaelin and I made ornaments:

1c cinnamon
1c applesauce
1TBL elmer's clue

You roll the dough between wax paper, cut it out and then let it dry for a day or two (don't forget to cut holes for hanging - I used a straw).

Daddy is home for the next few weeks. So he has been with the kids a lot. I put together the pieces for another craft - reindeer made from the girls hands and feet. He help Kaelin put the faces on.
Lastly Daddy and Kaelin made a Gingerbread house! Didn't it turn out beautifully?

Last week we made our Christmas Sugar cookies. Everyone had fun - especially Kaelin, Hailey and Dominic! Hailey tried.

Then she decided just to eat the frosting!

As usual - Kaelin LOVES sprinkles!

Wednesday - Picadilly Parlour - Take 3

Wednesday was Barb's Mommy's birthday (as Kaelin calls her). We suprised her at Picadilly Parlour for lunch! I didn't get many pictures - but here are the few I got!

Sunday - Picadilly Parlour - Take 2

Today Grandma Barb and Kaelin went to Picadilly Parlour to have lunch/tea with Santa! Kaelin was so excited! We curled her hair and she wore her Christmas dress! She had the best time! When she came home she spoke about it constantly.

We get to go to Picadilly Parlour again on Wednesday for lunch! - It is Grandma Barb's Mommy's (as Kaelin calls her) birthday! I am sure to have more pictures then!
