Logan is 11 months!

On Tuesday, Logan turned 11 months old! Almost 1!!!!  He is so fun to have around! He is a very good boy!  He usually takes 2 naps a day (around 9/10 and 2), and sleeps at night from 8:30-6:30.  He is so big, just getting into 18 month clothes and wearing size 6 shoes! We have caught up to those that were handing down to us!

He is mostly feeding himself finger foods, with the occasional baby food vegetable or yogurt that he will let me feed him. He is obsessed with forks, loves to be fed off of them, but gets mad when he can't get the food on the fork himself.

He walks almost all the time now, and is starting to climb.  In a lot of the pictures you will notice multiple healing booboos on his chin.  He is not afraid of much.  In fact, he loves to follow us around when we vacuum - usually making the process take twice as long. (Hailey still doesn't like the vacuum!).

Enjoy the pictures:

Climbing on a stool at Eric and Sarah's new house.

A rare picture.  I can never get a good picture of him sleeping because he usually is on his belly with his ones pulled up and holding his blanket up to his chin, which is buried in the bed.

Sliding at the mall.

He wanted to do it over and over and over...

More climbing. He can get in the tub (with the help of a stool he pushes over), but he can't get out!

He loves Hailey's fuzzy green bean bag.

Still just 2 bottom teeth.

Ham

Yep, I made this mess...

hahaha. LOVE HIM!

Hailey's 1st day of Preschool!

Today was Hailey's first day of preschool.  She is attending The Growing Place at a nearby Presbyterian Church on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9-11:30am.  They have chapel on Mondays and Gym on Fridays.  There is a field trip planned almost each month.

When we were eating breakfast she told me we had to get ready quick so I could take her out to her bus. I had to remind her (again, for the 10th time) that she didn't get to ride the bus until next year.
This year Mommy has to take her and pick her up.
She seemed fine with it, but can't wait until she can ride the bus!

We were not sure what to expect this morning when dropping her off, because she has always been a mommy's girl and didn't even like to be left for Sunday school until this last year.  However, she did great at VBS this summer.

Justin and I were both very surprised when she walked in, hung up her bag and basically ignored us! We had to ask her to hug us goodbye!

Ready to go!

Riding to school. Can you tell she likes her bag? My mom made it for her.

Her name tag.

After class with her teacher aide Miss Angela, and teacher Ms. Linda.

After school she said she had a great day! She made art - a picture of our family, and a picture by gluing dried food.  She sang Itsy Bitsy Spider, and was a good listener.  They got to take the class turtle out of the aquarium! They even had goldfish and lemonade for snack! :)  She said she didn't make a lot of friends today because she wanted to play by herself and see everything. I'm sure that will change soon!  I cannot believe how excited she was and how smoothly it went!  I pray she continues to enjoy school as she did today.

Canfield Fair 2012 and visitors from AK!

My parents came out for Labor day weekend! Would you believe I did not get ONE picture of them with the kids! I was too busy hanging out and watching everyone have a good time, I forgot to grab the camera!  We spent Friday at Canfield Fair, Saturday at a Magee Picnic in Grove City and Sunday and Monday were home improvement days for Justin and my dad.

I did remember to take a few pictures of the kids at the fair.

Hailey helped Justin milk a cow.  Kaelin wouldn't even attempt it!
