We started our St. Patrick's day off with a breakfast of green eggs...yep, that's right - green eggs! Kaelin loved it! I may start dying her eggs different colors more often!
Then the girls (mainly Kaelin) and I spend the day coloring shamrocks and cooking dinner. We had Shepherd's Pie, Irish Soda Scones, Salad, and limeade punch for dinner, and Bailey's Mousse Pie for dessert (chocolate pudding for Kaelin)!
Hailey is very actively crawling now - at 7 &1/2 months. She also thinks it is so fun to clap for herself quite often! :) She loves to stand and hold onto things, but has only pulled herself up a handful of times.
We have been actively potty training Kaelin since Monday. She is wearing 'big girl panities', and is doing well. We are having about an accident a day. Until today I have had to ask her to go potty about evey hour. However today she has asked me several times, so we are making progress!!After dinner yesterday we went to the park for the first time this year! We went with Aunt Amy, Uncle Brad and Cousin Dominic. Hailey went in the swings for the first time! She loved it! She wasn't so sure about going down the slides. Our weather here has been awesome - 50/60 degrees! Today it is supposed to hit 72! However - don't be jealous...tomorrow it is supposed to be back to 30!
